Discover advanced vetting techniques that identify future renters who will be honest, as well as working with your current renters, tapping into your alumni renters as a lead generation pool, and onboarding inherited renters to your system. Plus, working with those who don’t want to work with you! It doesn’t need to be stressful when you have a system.

This will include a Video Library and Google Drive with tools to help you learn to be a strong, professional Housing Provider, along with the exact forms we use to train our Renters.

We will cover all 5 different types of renters:
